  • 10:30 – 12 Noon  Session with Geshe-la
  • 1300 – 1500 Session with Geshe-la

Followed by the Guru Puja and then Tara chanting (not part of Geshe-la’s program but just what is happening at the centre).

Sunday May 19

  • 10 am Meditation on topic that Geshe-la is teaching (not with Geshe-la)
  • 11:30 – 1pm Session with Geshe-la
  • 2pm – 4pm Session with Geshe-la

Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim is immensely popular for the warm and approachable way in which he presents the teachings. At the age of 14 he became a monk and was admitted to Sera Je monastery, where he was awarded his Geshe degree (the equivalent of a doctorate in Buddhist studies) in 2005. Geshe Tsultrim spent a further two years studying tantra at Gyume Tantric Monastery. Geshe began teaching at Chenrezig Institute in 2014 after being specifically chosen by Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
