Introduction to Mindfulness 3 : Working with thoughts

Contrary to most people’s perception of mindfulness practice as a way to stop thinking, through mindfulness and introspection, we actually become more aware of the presence of thoughts. We learn to discern between different types of thought processes—thinking that is functional and useful versus thinking that is dysfunctional and maladaptive.
Come deepen your understanding and practice of mindfulness and how to work with thoughts that arise in your practice.
