Introduction to Mindfulness 2 : Mindfulness and Introspection

In the practice of mindfulness, we also make use of another natural ability of our mind, which is introspection. Introspection functions like a spy checking and monitoring how our mind and body are doing in our meditation.
Mindfulness and introspection and developed in step with one another. Come learn and practice together to deepen these skills.
